The government has launched a new interactive tool allowing both potential job applicants and employers to immediately see if vacancies are eligible for a Skilled Worker visa. The tool forms part of the government’s ongoing plans to simplify immigration procedures.

The accompanying guidance makes clear, however, that the results of the tool give an indication only and do not guarantee the outcome if the job applicant applies for a Skilled Worker visa, as applicants will also have to meet other requirements.
